Fall is starting to come, and Friday night lights are getting better and better. This week we helped Roger Cotton Photography cover the Arlington vs Oakland High Football game. You can find the rest of the photos here http://photos.rogercotton.com/ahsvvoakland14). It was a great game for sure.
The Arlington stadium has one of the best lighting setups I have encountered so far in the local High school fields here, but you add some haze and fog, that brings a bigger challenge in capturing that perfect light for that perfect photo.
I used my Nikon D700 and D300 for this job, all manual mode, and wide open at 2.8, and just increased the ISO as the night went along.
